CORIAN^® SOLID SURFACE

DESCRIPTION

Solid surface Corian^® is a material composed of approximately 1/3 acrylic resin (Polymethylmethacrylate or PMMA) and about 2/3 mineral substances. The main component is aluminium trihydrate, a mineral derivative of bauxite from which aluminium is derived.
Available in sheets and semi-finished as sinks and washbasins, Corian® is easy to work with and can take virtually any form. Over 100 colours available, Corian® offers textures from light to dark in a vast collection of shades.

PROPERTIES

Corian^® is a compact, non-porous material that is durable and renewable, and if damaged, is easily repaired in most cases.
It is very resistant to stains and cleans easily with common cleaning products.

APPLICATION

Corian^® is considered the ideal material for cooking counters, for sink counters, bathroom/shower walls, decking and benches for public spaces subject to high wear such as shops, offices, hotels and restaurants.
